Ben Nieman

Owner

Ben has a passion to deliver quality work to this community. He has over 15 years of experience operating equipment. He has also been a mechanic for years and has always had a vision of starting his own excavation company. The need was here in the community. He has worked diligently to build a trustworthy company from the ground up.

Emily Nieman

Office Manager

Ben's wife Emily is also a large part off what we do. She runs the office duties and the platforms like FaceBook and Instagram. She also handles the bookkeeping and provides the occasional field meals when necessary. It's a team effort for everything to run smoothly from the field to the office. 

Zeke Gutman

Operator

Zeke has been with us since the beginning. He has as large range of experience in excavation. We are so grateful to have him on board working with us. He is a skilled equipment operator and also very talented in fabrication in the shop. He does everything to the best of his ability. He is also our go-to guy for tech help. We love having him around.

Rusty Adrich

Truck Driver / Operator

Rusty is our truck driver. His experience includes oversized loads and sidedump hauling. He is also a skilled equipment operator and has an experienced background in commercial concrete crushing. His part in this company is very important, and we are glad to have him working with us.
